5. Pricing and Payment

All product prices displayed on our website are stated in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified.

8. Shipping and Delivery

We ship orders to the locations shown as serviceable at checkout.

Estimated delivery timelines are:

Estimated delivery: 1 week
Standard shipping: free 

Orders are generally dispatched within 3 business days after successful payment or order confirmation, unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Delivery times may vary depending on:

  • Destination;

  • Courier availability;

  • Weather;

  • Public holidays;

  • Regional restrictions;

  • Operational disruptions;

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses; and

  • Events outside our reasonable control.

Delivery estimates are therefore estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates unless expressly stated otherwise.

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, tracking information may be provided where available.

9. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

Many of our products are selected for their traditional, handcrafted, or artisanal qualities.

Small variations in colour, weave, print alignment, texture, embroidery, or finishing may occur naturally and can be part of the character of handmade textiles.
